I have Samsung Washer: WF405ATPASU/A2; Front laod - Getting OE error.
Yesterday, we did two loads of laundries successfully. Then in the night, I tried to blow air thru the air pressure hose next to the pressure switch with the hope to clear any clogs. I heard sound coming out from the basket. I used kid’s balloon hand air pump to blow air, I did few times hard.
Then tried to perform another ‘quick wash’ cycle, you know what, the water keep coming into the basked above the half mark of the door and water filling didn’t stop. So, I turned off the power, as soon as I turned off power, the door opened on its own, thankfully I was there next to the door and and suddenly I pushed the door back and hold, but floor got wet. But now, we are very scared, since we have laundry room on 2nd floor. This could happen again, how come there is no emergency shutdown washer if the water goes above the half level of the door in the basked?
Later this morning, then I tried ‘Rinse and Spin’, worked fine. Then I tried ‘quick wash’, then it failed with OE error.
Then I tried the same ‘quick wash’ but this time I set ‘Eco Warm’ and it worked fine.
Then, after this, I tried another load with ‘Cold’ Temp instead of 'Eco Warm with ‘Quick Wash’, it failed again with OE error.
Then, after this error, I tried to set the temp to ‘Eco Warm’ with ‘Quick Wash’, it failed again with OE error.
What is your opinion? Any clue you get it?
