I apologize, I looked at the parts diagram for this about a dozen times and knew it was one of the models where the control and the inverter are separate boards, and still somehow gave you the testing info for the one with inverter and control together.
This is what you’ll be looking for and what you’ll need to test:
I would also test the DC voltage from pin 1-4 on the inverter board hall sensor connector, should be about 5VDC. The inverter board part # is AP5955156.
If the sensor checks good and the voltage is present, then the problem is the main control AP5810013.
If the voltage at the inverter is not present, then the inverter is the likeliest suspect.
