There should be 120 Vac across the terminals for the input to the transformer. If there is not 120 vac then this will be an issue with the control board.
Yes Thank you and that’s what I would have expected. Turn table. Control panel, fan, blower motor, auxiliary light all function okay. Since this is a three terminal input transformer I thought the 120 VAC reading from each of the top 2 contacts to transformer case ground might be normal. I pulled the transformer and plan on back feeding the secondary contact with 120VAC to see if I get a small voltage reading on the primary contacts. In any case a new microwave would be less or equivalent to either a new transformer or control panel. Thanks again for your input and comments
