If a thermometer is used to measure the temperature of a liquid inside of the fridge, what temperature is being reached? Along with that, what setting is the temperature set to? Finally, if the power supply cord is unplugged and the main control is accessed, the wires found at connection CN30 can be used for testing purposes. With the wires disconnected from the main control, and a multimeter set to resistance/Ohms, what resistance is found when testing from the black wire at pin 5 of the wire connector to the gray wire at pin 7?
I finally took more of the fridge apart; found the temperature sensor and the air damper. The hinge on the air damper door had broken. We superglued the hinge back on the door to see if that was the issue. So far the fridge is working great again. If the hinge breaks again, we will order a new part (air damper)
