What happens & when:

I’ve been getting Ice buildup in bottom of the refrigerator (not freezer). I have read that I should replace drain hoses (DA97-0409D) and they are in the cart. I have also read that I should do something with the heater. I’d like to only repair this once, since it’s a pain to empty and defrost. Is there a separate heater part that I should get?

If you have a drain tube with a heater attached to it you can replace that as well, otherwise you should be set.
