Samsung refrigerator model rt21m6213sr/aa. Replaced both boards, compressor still won’t kick on. Still getting three blinking llights

With both board being replaced, the compressor has failed and would need to be replaced by a certified tech. part number is MSV4A1AL1R/TT3 Refrigerator Compressor R-600 | Genuine Samsung OEM In Stock

I ohmed the compressor out and it is fine. Is there something else between the boards and the compressor that could be preventing the compressor from kicking on? A relay or a sensor, or anything that would prevent the compressor from coming on?

Nope, a motor can ohm out good, but if it is locked up, it will not run. Some models have an overload located in the plastic cover that covers the compressor pins. If your model has that, you can check it for continuity; if not, we are back to the compressor.

This one has no relay under plastic cover. Just the connector that the wires are landed in

The three blinks indicate the inverter could not identify where the compressor motor position. Since the inverter and the main control have been replaced, this would indicate a failure within the compressor itself.
