Samsung Refrigerator High amp draw tripping 20A breaker

Brand:Samsung Refrigerator Bottom mount
Model Number:RF4287HARS/XAA-01
Main Symptom:High amp draw tripping 20A breaker (4) times in two days
What happens & when:@ startup ~15A to +23A in minutes, at which time I unplug the unit. Compressor starts okay, notice a tone change as it operates, but I have never seen the condenser fan spin…Part # 19-4/19-5. Condenser is clean, its fan will spin by touch. Black, red and white wires to its fan, harness connection plugged & unplugged, looks okay.

Try plugging the unit into another outlet, you could have a circuit issue or a weak breaker. The check for power to the fan when it should be running.

Fan ops proven…connected 12VDC battery to Red+, Black to Neg of the elect harness…fan runs every time.

So, does the fan run whenever the compressor runs? Typical?

If so, the PCB output to the Refrigerant system Should be sending 12VDC to the C fan motor…PCB NOT powering C fan
