Samsung NE58H9970WS/AC oven Display not working after C-21 Error

Hello

So we did a self clean with our Samsung Oven NE58H9970WS/AC, after 1.5 hours, a C-21 error appeared on the display.
I turn off the breaker as instructed from Samsung.
After 1-2 hours I came to look at the oven, now the display doesn’t work at all.
Tried resetting the breaker multiple times, nothing happens.
The stove top works fine (with knobs).

I look at both parts physically, main board and display board, nothing physically damage appears.
I check the resistance of the main temperature thing 1090ohmns (should be 1080 ohmns as per the tech sheet).

Do you suspect the main board or display board?
Should I just order both of them, and if one works, return the other?

1 - As mentioned RES was 1090, I will recheck.
2 - is the oven sensor connector on main PCB, is the white plug in your second picture on the main? Pin 1,2 and 3,4??

And just to add, C-21 appear first as a error code on the display.
now the display doesn’t work at all. I cant not use the oven (bake broil etc).

But I can use the stove top.

Hi Matthewferreira2,

It seems like the main control board may be the issue, as it controls many of the oven’s functions. If the control board has failed, it can prevent the oven from operating properly.

Just changed the Main Control board. Display still doesn’t work.
next step, change display board?
