Hey guys I need to flush the oil out and refill . some techs did mounted this brand new without flushing the system, so it got contaminated. I need to know the exact oil amount in ml . I need to flush the system, refill the oil of the comp.

when I got the oil out, it gave me 175 ml . I have seem somewhere it says it takes 120 ml, while or people are telling me around 220 ml.

my logic is , if they changed the comp without flushing the system, there must be oil that was trapped in the lines and evaps (and my refrigerator is a samsung twin cooling so it has 2 evals ) . so I think apart from contamination from the old oil in the lines, it also got bit overfilled.

when I took the new comp out now.. it threw 175 ml. maybe it had some of the extra oil that was on the lines before changing it.. so right now im confused as to the correct about of oil it should have… 120, 175, 220 ?

Unfortunately, the compressors are not designed to have oil added in as this is done at the manufacturer’s site. The amount or type of oil used is not provided outside of the manufacturing plant by the manufacturer. As this is a sealed system item, we are not able to provide any type of repair information. An EPA-certified technician will be required to conduct a sealed system repair.
