Samsung Ice Maker too warm thus leaking water

Main Symptom: Makes Ice but it melts
What happens & when: Our Samsung French Door Refrigerator is leaking water from the ice chute. The temperature measures around~30 degrees so the when it makes ice, the ice fuses together in the ice bin. It’s sealed and I’ve seen many YouTube videos with different solutions.

There is a fan in the ice compartment that you will want to check to make sure that it is working. If it is not then this would cause this issue.
