What happens & when: ELECTRIC DRYER SPINS FINE AND CONTROL PANEL LIGHTS UP PROPERLY. BUT NO HOT AIR TO DRY CLOTHING WHILE SPINNING (FRONT-LOADING)

Parts or tests already tried: PULLED VENTS AND FILTERS AND ALL ARE UNCLOGGED.

At this point you’ll need to check the continuity of the thermostats and thermal cut-offs on the blower and heater housings, I’d suspect that one of those is open.
@Rory_D_APP_Team Thanks for your comment. When you refer to checking the “thermostats” are you referring to the “Thermistor” and the “Thermal fuses” and when you refer to the “thermal cut-offs on the blower and heater housings” are you referring to the “heating element”. Just asking as I need to buy the three different parts to figure out which ones need replacing. Thanks!.

If you’ve got a multimeter you can check the continuity of those parts to verify if they’re open or closed. If they all read closed then you’ve got something else going on that is keeping the dryer from heating. You can also check the continuity and resistance reading of the heating element while you’re there, should be about 10Ωs.
