Samsung Dryer DVE50R5200W/A3 running but no heat

Main Symptom: No Heat
What happens & when: It does not heat no matter what cycle we we try. The drum does activate and turn on. The exhaust and lint trap are clear and good airflow.

Error Code (if any): none
Parts or tests already tried: tested control board voltage/continuity to heating relay(good) Tested continuity at thermo fuse (good), Thermostat (good), heating element (good) and continuity at heating connections at motor assembly (good).

Test for 240 vac at the heating element. If there is proper voltage then this will be a faulty heater.

How can I test the voltage at the heater? In order to get to it, I gotta take the front of the machine off which includes the front door safety lock, to reach it with a multi-meter. So how could I have it plugged in at that point to be able to test it, or even run a cycle to see a voltage change?
