Roaring vibration noise when running

[FONT=Arial]Dryer suddenly began to make a loud roaring vibration noise though its still running. The belt looks fine. I don`t know how to remove the drum to check the bearing. What else could be causing the noise? Please help.[/FONT]

Unplug the dryer and remove it to the yard if possible. Start here:

Bad drum glides make weird noises sorta like bad rear brake shoes on a garbage truck or bus

Broken dryer element (can easily be restrung)No need to buy the whole new pan!
