Rinse light stays on - cant clear -wont run

i have replaced control board -rinse light wont clear -washer will not run -
what do you suggest ? thks hal

Hi,

Could be a stuck button on the control panel. I researched your model number and could not locate a tech sheet.

Try removing the access panel at the bottom of the dishwasher to see if you can locate the tech sheet. The tech sheet should include a troubleshooting guide and information on how to run diagnostics.

I followed your suggestion and pulled panel on bottom and there was no tech sheet there. :mad: Do you know anything else to try? I will go to appliance parts store tomorrow and try do see if I can get a trouble shooting guide or manybe you can tell me how to obtain one. tHANKS hALS bELLS
