How do I tighten the upper spray arm? I don’t know how to remove the retainer snap spray. :eek:

You really can’t tighten the upper spray arm assembly,
You will need to remove the spray arm assembly.
The snap connector (at the tub top) can be screwwed off(turn counter clockwise) then remove the assembly.
Then you can snap the center pin out and off and remove the spray arm from the assembly.
Then you can check the outlet and spray arm for excess wear and tear,and replace the appropriate part(s).
