Brand: Samsung Model Number: WF363BTBEUF/A2 Main Symptom: Replacing leaking hose DC67-00089A What happens & when: I just ordered a hose (DC67-00089A) for my WF363BTBEUF/A2 Samsung washing machine. I have the top off, and see that one end of the hose attaches down in the front at a place I can see, but cannot reach. Have tried taking the front pieces in the way, so I can access the connection, but there is a brad attaching the front piece to the body of the washer, and I cannot remove it. Do you have a video or instructions on how I can access the front connection for the DC67-00089A hose?

Regretfully we do not have a video for that hose replacement, Where does it attach to the tub of the washer . I cannot find anything in the literature about where it attaches
It attaches onto the top of the washing bin in the front. I cannot reach it with my hands because the space between the bin and the front is too narrow. But I was just now able to use long needle nose pliers to remove the hose from where it was attached. It will be an adventure to see if I can attach the new hose when it gets here.
