Is there water getting to the icemaker. If not and the lines are clear and the valve having been replaced, this would be a faulty icemaker.
Water does come into ice maker but at less frequent interval than before. Takes as much as 4 to 5 hours to refill and make a tray of ice.
Check the temperature where the icemaker is. The temp should be between 0 and 10 degrees.
Temperature on door of freezer reads 0 degrees. Freezer working fine.
This issue sounds like it would be an icemaker issue and the icemaker would need to be replaced.
