Main Symptom:Lights flash, cant set personality, release start it goes black
What happens & when:
Error Code (if any): none available
Parts or tests already tried:replaced main board WH22X35757 and rechecked connections, still no way to set personality or error codes… when release the start button, lights go out , hit start, nothing,can only reset by unplugging…need proceedure to set personality to this board any help is appreciated….

Based on the info provided you will likely need to contact a GE technician. I do see 3 service bulletins for this model, each having to do with a software issue and update…!
Not sure if one of these are causing you issue, but seems like it is possible.
