Repair diagnosis help needed for Whirlpool Dryer Model WED5000DW2 - motor hums, drum does not turn, 240V to dryer confirmed

Main Symptom: dryer hums, but drum does not turn.
What happens & when: When I turn on the dryer it hums dut the drum does not turn.

Error Code (if any): N/A
Parts or tests already tried: test voltage to the dryer and confirmed 240V.

Does air blow out the back of the dryer when this happens? If it does, the belt has probably broken. If not, this test can be done to check the motor. Open the door and tape the door switch in the shut position. Start the dryer and rotate the drum. Does the drum start turning? If it does, the motor has failed. Here are links to each part.
