Are there any small rectangular covers on the doors (top or sides) that are likely about 1" by 3"? If so, it is a magnet that would sit against the frame to activate a door sensor. It is possible that a magnet may move out of alignment which would result in the sensor not activating. An easy check would be taking a refrigerator magnet or low powered magnet and placing it against the spot where the sensor would line up with the door magnet. If the alarm cuts off, the door magnet is out of alignment, which can normally be corrected by removing the cover and adjusting it. If placing it at one sensor does not cut off the alarm, locate the sensor for the other section (fresh food or freezer) and do the same thing.
