Refrige/Freezer cycles on and off all day long, but maintains correct temps in both sides

Main Symptom:Runs endlessly(cycles on and off)
What happens & when: I hear a faint beeb and then a motor comes on in the freezer compartment for about 20 secs, shuts off briefly and does it again. Temps are good on both sides.

Error Code (if any):Older model…not seeing any codes/errors
Parts or tests already tried:Installed 2 new Thermistors(WP2188820), checked the seals for any issues.

There is a service bulletin out for this model. The control will have to be replaced with a service kit, W10823804 Electronic Control Board | Genuine Whirlpool OEM In Stock
