My stove quit working all of a sudden. None of the burners work and the oven doesn’t work. Is there a reset button or a fuse?

I’m afraid I do not have access to parts list for that brand to see how it was designed or whom manufactured it.

There is not usually any ‘reset’ button on major appliances, no. Most times the only fuse would be in the house fuse panel.
Not getting proper power to the appliance could stop all operation on a gas range or operation of just the heating elements on an electric model. Checking the fuses/breakers for the range and/or confirming proper power is getting to it would usually be one of the first things that should be done.
