I am maintenance for senior apartments. Units are 4 yrs old. I now have 2 Kenmore dishwashers with identical problems. Water fills, water heats, but no pump/spray wash/rinse. Timer runs and at appropriate time pump kicks on and drains unit. Soap dispenser trips as designed and door switch is functional. Everything appears to function normally except for not spraying. Any suggestions?

I’m having the same problem with my Kenmore 665.17702600. Except mine doesn’t even drain when it’s supposed to. I just get clicks and buzzes when it’s supposed to be doing something. Maybe this number will help all of us. Thanks
