Power Switch Does Not Stay Depressed

Thank you for promptly sending me a new computer module for my Bosch
SHU6805UC/U12 dishwasher. The good news is the dishwasher seems to be
working again. The problem now is that the dishwasher power switch
does not stay depressed. When I take my finger off the switch, the
dishwasher immediately shuts off. The door latch is engaging the
switch when the door is closed. The switch was working properly
before, so what is the problem?

I would take the panel off and try it without.

Hi: The panel is off and the button does not stay depressed. I see a couple of other posts from people with similar problems but yours is the only reply so far. Thanks!! Any other ideas?
