My stove is not working. My broiler will and my stove top but not the oven. Sometimes when I enter 350 and then press start it says error but not all the time only a few. I would like to fix this myself since my husband lost his job and could do it. I hope it is the igniter but how can you tell if it is the control panel… Thanks for your help Julie:)
Hi Julie,
Remove the oven floor and the flame spreader. Check if the igniter glows while the control calls for Bake.
Post the results and the complete model number of the range.
