Hi tgfoster45,

Have you checked the temperature sensor inside your oven? Make sure it isn’t covered in grease or debris, as that can cause it to give inaccurate temperature readings.

I’d also recommend checking the incoming power to the oven with a multimeter to verify it’s receiving the proper voltage. Low or incorrect voltage can also cause heating and temperature issues.
