What happens & when: Door drops and hard to close There is only one hinge part listed on the manual; AppliancePartsPros PN AP6004902 KitchenAid/Whirlpool PN W10877227

I ordered 2 from APPro to replace both, even tho one was broken thinking they were interchangeable because only one PN listed. They are unique. Right and Left hinge are different parts. Can someone help me with the PN for the other hinge? (not W10877227)

Yeah it does look like that part is no longer available!

it seems funny that the left hinge is available; W10774097 replaced by W10877227(AP6004902) and the right hinge, W10774096 is replaced by W10919247 that is Not Available. There is no right hinge available?

Just spoke to an APP phone rep and she “yes, these right side hinges are discontinued and out of stock.” and that I need to try to scavange one up.
