Main Symptom: Starts but doesn’t complete
What happens & when:
Water goes in, tumbles/agitates normally, then stops when it should drain/spin. “Spin Only” starts at 12-minute mark, but won’t run - shuts off a few seconds in. I hear humming/clicking during the drain/spin transition, but no water comes out of the drain hose.
Error Code (if any): None seen so far.
Parts or tests already tried:

Replaced broken door striker/latch yesterday (machine had appeared dead before that repair). Washer now powers on, fills, and tumbles correctly

Drain hose routed outside garage for testing - confirmed no water output

Removed top cover and inspected interior; overall looks super clean - because it’s been sitting in my garage for 10 years.

Washer is mounted on factory pedestal, which makes lower front access panel difficult (impossible?) to reach/remove from underneath or front without taking off the pedestal(?)

Current suspicion:
Possible seized/clogged drain pump or blocked drain path. Trying to access the pump/front panel now.
Question:
What is the correct way to remove/access the front lower panel or pump area on this exact model when mounted on the factory pedestal?
