Only fills and then pumps water out with no activity spin or wash

Main Symptom: Will not start the wash or rinse cycles.
What happens & when: Push Start button also pause button it fills up with water, the door does NOT lock and then it stops after it is full of water and then it pumps the water out. The start light comes on when it starts and then when it is full of water it goes out and pumps water out. When you push the button to pause it also does not work.

Error Code (if any): No errors
Parts or tests already tried: Control Panel Mother Board nothing changed it.

If you enter into the service mode (see attached image) and rotate the knob until only the done light is illuminated, the start button can be pressed to enter a fault code display mode. Rotate the cycle knob clockwise 1 click and the most recent error code should show up. The error code will be based on LED flash patterns. The fill sensing LED will flash on with another LED to indicate the F number, and an LED will illuminate while the fill sensing LED stays off to indicate the E number. What LED pattern flashes, if any?
