Not completely draining

My quietpower 3 also is not draining completely. It is not a vent problem with my homes drain system. It seems the pump is not staying on for anough time to complete the draining process. Could the sensor turbitity be malfunctioning at the back of the sump?

Thank you for responding!!

What tells this model how long to run drain pump?

There are two flapper valves on both ends of the drain pump (#328 on the diagram).

Remove the dishwasher from the cabinet and check both of them.

Sure as heck I took out the pump and checked both ends and the end at the sump was blocked by debris and wasn’t opening fully! Also found out the draining is a timed event on this model.

Thanks Gene.

You are welcome. I’m glad you were able to fix it.
