My dryer makes a horrible screeching noise whenever it runs. I figure it’s the belt or the rollers or bearings, but I am having trouble pinpointing the source since I can’t seem to get the cabinet apart to get to the drum. I was able to remove a couple screws and get a peek at the top of the drum and the belt, which appeared to be fine. I know that the rollers are located under the drum, but the darn cabinet seems to be connected everywhere, no matter how many screws I remove. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check the rear support rollers, the idler wheel, the motor and the front glides.
Also check the belt for cracks.
Since you have it open you might as well check/clean everthing else. Basically give it an ovehaul.
Also a good time to clean/check your vent system.
