Noise from Whirlpool Dishwasher

[SIZE=3][FONT=Arial]This dishwasher is making a loud griding noise while in operation.
Any idea how to determine which part is responsible?

Come to think of it, the noise sounds much like a car with a bad bearing.
So most likely I have to replace the moter. Any idea how to get to replace that?
