No water or ice dispensing after replacing water inlet valve

Main Symptom:After replacing water inlet valve the refrigerator is not dispensing ice or water.
What happens & when:

Replaced water inlet valve (2186486) with new valve wp10408179 due to broken water line Now with new valve the refrigerator does not dispense ice or water. Have checked continuity of valve with multi meter. Checks out fine. Water pressure is good and water. Is present in inlet line to solenoid. Not sure what is going on. Error Code (if any):

Was it doing this before you changed the valve? If it wasn’t, either the valve is defective or something was not connected properly. Make sure you got the connection put on right, it is easy sometimes for the plastic connector to miss the metal terminal. I have actually done that myself.
