The spray arms on my DW do not move and do not spray any water. The DW fills with water and does pump out. Any suggestion on what may be wrong ? Are there 2 impellers and could one be broken ?
YES, and if the top impeller is broken, It will do just what your saying.
Thanks for the reply…if the top impeller is not broken, then is there something else that may be wrong. I assume the wash impeller is the plastic devise secured with a screw on top of the shaft through the bottom of the DW. Would you have any diagrams that may help me out.
The only other thing would be a plugged screen or filter, I don’t have any INFO on this, SORRY!!
First, make sure your water is just below the heater. If ok. check the motor shaft, will it turn or is it jammed. Post results
