No wash cycle activate but has power

What happens panel power lights on. will not engage in wash cycles.water inlet valve only reading 78 Volts. Does not operate water fill.

If you’re only getting 78v AC to that valve when you check the solid brown wire to brown/white and to chassis ground that would indicate deteriorated wiring or the main control AP6012894.

Unfortunately, that control board has been discontinued.
