Main Symptom: no power to igniters (no glow)
What happens & when: both the broil and the bake igniters are not glowing and I was wondering if it would be a main board relay issue and not a safety valve because the surface burners are working just fine
That safety valve only cuts gas to the oven. The gas for the cooktop passes through it but since each cooktop burner has an individual manual valve, those are considered the safeties for the cooktop.
I’ve attached the testing procedures below to help determine if the issue is with the control board DE92-03960D, the safety valve DG94-00449B, or one of the igniters DG94-00520A (Broil)/ DG94-01012A (Bake).

I have changed the safety valve. Replace the main board and change both igniters are still the same problem. No power going to Neither igniters still no glow
Have you checked voltage at the safety valve? Disconnect the red wire, start a bake cycle, and check from that disconnected red to the black wire that is still connected. If you’ve got 120v AC then the issue is the safety valve. If voltage is not present you’ve either gotten a bad board out of the box or wiring issues between the board and the valve. You can check voltage at the board using the flowchart I sent previously.
