replaced control boaed and core board still no lights and i have 110 power go to the unit help

I am assuming that you have checked for power at the wire nuts that usually attach the unit to power.
Did you check the thermal fuse (Item 6 in Section 2)
It should be 0 ohms.
If it is blown be sure to use the new harness that comes with it when you replace it.
If the fuse is OK then the next thing to check is the door switch.
