No light, no cooling, no fans, no apparent power

Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: Grss2652af3
Main Symptom: no power, no lights, no fans, no compressor.
What happens & when: outlet has power. Plug the unit in and nothing happens. UI board does not come on. No fans come on. No lights come on. No compressor comes on. Getting 110v to the main board.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Swapped out the main power board same symptoms, no change.

Hi, for the isolation test, unplug the refrigerator first. At the main board, leave the 120V AC power-input harness and the low-voltage harness going to the UI/display connected.

Disconnect the other output harnesses that feed components such as the evaporator fan, condenser fan, compressor/inverter, ice maker, water valve, and other accessories. Use the wiring diagram to identify them—don’t disconnect plugs based only on wire color.

Plug the refrigerator back in briefly. If the UI comes on, unplug the refrigerator and reconnect one harness at a time, powering it back up after each one. When connecting a particular harness causes the refrigerator to go dead again, that circuit is the one we need to diagnose next.

Hi, just be careful because part of this test requires the refrigerator to be powered with live 120V present at the control board.

Always unplug the refrigerator before disconnecting or reconnecting any harnesses. Never move connectors or touch the board while it’s powered. Only restore power after your connections are made to see if the UI comes back on.

If you need to take live voltage readings, use insulated meter probes and avoid touching any exposed terminals. If you’re not comfortable working around live voltage, I would have a technician handle that part.

For now, start with the visual inspection of the UI and door-hinge wiring, then try the harness isolation test.
