Dryer No Heat, Where To Start First?? It Is A Gas Dyer

If the duct fuse next to the control thermostat is open then no power can get to the gas assembly. If the dryer control thermostat is open then no power can get to the gas assembly. So I have 3 pages of repair pix to take a look at:

let me help you out with some technical advise, not a bunch links. the first thing you want to do is take the back off, and there is the thermal fuse. it is white in color, and is about an inch and a half long, by a half inch wide. take the 2 wires off of it. (of course the dryer is unplugged at this time) and put the terminal ends of the wires together, and put some tape around it, so it does not hit metal, and then plug it in and give it a try. if it works, replace the thermal fuse, and do not run the ryer with the fuse jumped out. this is the only thing that stops the dryer from burning down your house. if it does not work you need to let me know if the ignitor comes on, and i will instruct you from there. tom www.applianceeducacator.com/parts.htm
