I do not see a model #.
Open your dryer door, there’s a tag around the opening where your clothes go.

Thanks,
For starters lets start with the basics, go to your breaker box and turn the dryer breaker off wait a few seconds then turn it back on. Try the dryer see if it heats. If not then we’ll move on to the next step. Get your ohm meter.

Did not work. What’s next?
do you have an ohm meter?
If you have an ohm meter… remove the rear panel and look at where the wires make connections. Remove one set of connections at a time and test for continuity on each thermostat, if one has continuity then replace wires and move to the next. If all the thermostats have continuity then unplug the element and test it.
Post your results.

No ohm meter.
I would suggest getting an ohm meter, even a cheap digital one or calling a tech

Hello, I have never been on one of these before. I cant afford a guy to come do this so I bought my parts, there here, I put them on less the wires reconnected. I dont want to short out parts, will there actually be wires that are not reconnected? I have two wires left and no where to put them? HELP:eek:

which parts did you change out?
I changed the heating element, and thermal cut off ? when I installed those parts it had a note on the instructions that if there was a 3/16 terminal connected then I had to do some cutting and crimping on the jumper wire.. Thats where it got tricky for me:mad:
I could even take a picture, I just need to get this thing going again…ugggg
ok, and post the part number of the thermal cutoff. There are different ones

I can tell you that the skinner orange one is not connected and it goes to where the timer control is. also there is a wire coming up from the bottom of the dryer (drum area) that is not connected anymore..
