Neither my broiler nor self clean works because no power is getting to that heat element

Main Symptom: Baking element heats slowly. Broiler does not heat at all.
What happens & when: Both elements have continuity, convection fan works, 220 volts at the oven terminals but no power at the broiler terminals.

E rror Code (if any):AM03 UIO7 EEKED-185
Parts or tests already tried: broil element = 14.3 ohms, bake element = 20 ohms

If you do not have power to the elements, the issue is likely the wiring from the control to the elements or the control itself.

Thanks. I edited symptoms and added what appears as error codes after pressing Cancel, Cancel, Start
