Need part number for defrost heater sensor and fuse assemby in addition to just the defrost heater

I got the replacement part # LG MEE62105201 but this seems to only include the heater, not the entire assembly with the sensor and fuse as shown being replaced in the video. I am not 100% certain which of these is my problem and needs replacing so I want to replace them all same is in the video. Is there a separate part # for the sensor and fuse assembly or a part # that includes everything? Thank you

It looks like the thermal fuse and sensor are separate from the heater in both the fresh food and the freezer section unless the entire evaporator assembly is purchased. Here are links to each part.
