If Tools or the Gear button is pressed, will the display pull up an options list? If it does, select the Control Lock option. Once it is selected and entered, scroll up to unlock the control system.
Good morning, When I press the gear button it goes straight to a new screen that says this product is locked. swipe up to unlock. I tried many times to follow the prompts with no success.
It sounds like the user interface control is not accepting control lock input at all. This would normally point towards a failure in the user control panel assembly. While I do not see a main control part number W10440219, I do see the main oven control W11261167 being used with this model. If this was the main control that was already replaced, it would reinforce the user control panel assembly being the issue.
