My whirlpool front load washer will not stop running and won’t unlock

Brand: whirlpool front load
Model Number: can’t get to it beings the door won’t open
Main Symptom: the machine is stuck in a running mode, and I cannot unlock the door.
What happens & when:

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried:I’ve unplugged it plugger it back in, I’ve unplugged it flipped the breaker and plugged it back in, and I’ve left it unplugged for over 13 hrs.

Take the top cover off and reach down to the bottom of the latch, some of the Whirlpool latch es had a manual release to allow you to open the door. if that doesn’t work, you will have to break in by prying the door open with a bid screwdriver.
