F2E1 is a stuck key codes, usually from holding a button for too long. If all your buttons seem responsive then I wouldn’t worry about that. If you’re getting water through the arm it should be spinning, what makes you think it isn’t spinning?
seems to end up with same orientation at end as it was at the beginning. Dishwasher is clean on the inside, so I am not sure. It looks like one gear in the arm engages with the vertical gear from sump and the other gears in the arms rotate with that one? Thank for you help.
I’d run the dishwasher with a load of dishes and see if they’re getting clean, if all levels are cleaning properly then that arm is moving.
