Does the oven not operate in a specific cycle, is it not heating properly, or is it not heating at all regardless of what cooking cycle is used?

The internal oven does not heat up no matter what setting it is put on rather it is broil , bake, or convection. The Temperature Sensor or Thermostat at the top is slightly hot but not to it’s appropriate temperature. The oven works regularly, the clock is on , and the bottom warmer is working. This is an electric oven

With the power cord unplugged, the oven sensor would need to be tested for resistance. It should measure around 1100 Ohms if it is ok. If the sensor tests good, the main control would be the likely cause of failure. The following links can be used to view the part information pages for each part.
