No water is coming out of the dispenser
If you access the main control at the back of the appliance, a voltage test can be done to identify if the main control is sending voltage out to the dispenser control. At connection CN50, there will be a red wire at pin 3, an orange wire at pin 4, and a yellow wire at pin 5. With a meter set to Volts DC and the black meter probe set at the yellow wire, the red wire should measure 12 VDC and the orange wire should measure 5 VDC when the red probe is placed at each. Is the voltage present at the main control or is it different from this?
