Hi justme0987, have you checked to make sure the water line isn’t kinked? When you reset the ice maker, do you hear the inlet valve at the back of the refrigerator hum or buzz? What temperature is the freezer at? Also, does the refrigerator have a water dispenser on the front of the door?
Please check the fill tube. This is the small tube that supplies water to the ice maker tray, and it can sometimes freeze solid. Use a flashlight to inspect it. If you find ice blocking the tube, carefully thaw it using a warm towel or a hair dryer.
I checked rhe fill tube there is no ice after reset it fills the icemaker with ice
I think there is problem with cooking the icemaker, I came to check after two days of resetting it still has water is the icemaker tray. I reset it again and water spelled down. then It filled again with water. I went I bought Ice from outside and fille the ice bin in the door. Came to check on it two hours later the ice is melting I had to dump all the Ice.

Hi justme0987, it sounds like you’re having a temperature issue. Have you tried placing a thermometer in the freezer to check the actual temperature? There is a vent that runs into the ice bucket compartment to help keep the ice cold. You’ll also want to check whether the freezer section is frosting up, as excessive frost can restrict airflow and cause cooling problems.
I hope you can find the videos helpful to explain the problem . If you need more info or pictures let meknow. The fan that has this part number may need to be replaced
Hi justme0987, your freezer needs to be set to 0°F. Also, the fan I’m referring to is the one that helps keep your ice cold. I attached a picture of the vents that circulate the air through the freezer to keep the ice frozen.
