I order a new motor from you. The picture on your web site is the exact replacement (AP4295548)part for my dryer. The motor you sent me was a different motor. (WE17X10010). The mounting brackets on the new motor are only 7 inchs apart, the orginal motor mounting brackets are 7.5 inch apart. If you look at the picture you can see that the motors mounting bracket are about 7.5 inches. THe shaft length are the same for both motors, but the mounting is different. 
The motor you sent me will not fit in the mounting location in my dryer. Could you verify that you sent me the correct motor. The part you sent me looks like a WE17X10010 not the AP4295548.

I am sorry you got the wrong motor, but this Forum is somewhat independent of the APP company. Those of us who reply are volunteers and not associated withe the company.
You will have to call their customer service folks and talk with them. They are very nice, very competent and I am sure will take care of your problem.
