Motor kit WE17X10010 wiring into old gas dryer

Any one know how to wire this “Universal” motor kit into a 30+ year old dryer?
Father in law purchased and ask me to install because he couldnt figure it out.
He is an retired Building engineer, I myself am an ex-Hobart Commercial Kitchen Service
Technician, and neither one of us can figure it out, any help is greatly appreciated.
